During the first phase of the merger, Community Trust Bank account holders will operate as usual with their current account logins. There is no need to change any current information attached to your account during this transitional phase. If action is required, account holders will be provided with additional information and necessary next steps.
How to log in
To log into your account online, visit our home page and use the login at the top of the page.
- Username: use your current Community Trust Bank username
- Password: Your new password will be the letters ‘bnb’ followed by the last six numbers of your Social Security number. Example: bnb123456
Once you are logged into the new Bradford National Bank online banking using these credentials, you will be prompted to change your password and set up your security questions.
